Key Responsibilities
• Design, build and maintain back-end services using C#, ADO.NET and SQL Server.

We're looking for a Mid Fullstack .NET Developer to maintain and evolve a set of .NET applications. You will be responsible for the entire ecosystem of a specific business line for our client, work closely with the systems/solutions architect, and maintain daily contact with native English-speaking stakeholders.
For this position, the candidate must have experience using AI in their daily work to enhance productivity. This will be the most significant differentiator among the candidates.
The position has a strong focus on enhancing, modernizing and automating workflows. The candidate must have experience in working on CI/CD pipelines, databases, and AWS infrastructure. Experience in migrating to newer .NET Core versions is a considerable differential.
The UI of these applications is built with Angular and Vue.js, with some Node.js components for backend services.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve existing .NET Core applications.
- Execute .NET Core upgrades and vulnerabilities mitigations.
- Evolve APIs and work with multiple external/internal integrations.
- Use containerized applications with Docker.
- Implement Bitbucket, CI/CD, and automated tests as components of the delivery workflow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss and prioritize tasks and clarify requirements.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Enhance team productivity with AI.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with .NET Core (C#) and web development.
- Strong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with Angular and/or Vue in production environments.
- Familiarity with AWS services (RDS, EC2, Fargate, S3, etc.).
- Proficiency with Docker and containerization.
- Experience with relational databases and integrations with third-party APIs.
- Comfortable with Bitbucket/Git and automated testing.
- Fluent English and strong communication/relationship skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with the AWS platform.
- Experience with Azure cloud platform.
- Knowledge of Strapi CMS.
- React experience.
- Experience with Mailgun or similar email service providers.

Você deverá ter experiência em lidar com múltiplas versões do .NET e ser capaz de realizar alterações nas aplicações para garantir a integração com o novo banco de dados.
Responsabilidades:
Migrar aplicações conectadas ao banco de dados Sybase para o SQL Server.
Desenvolver e implementar alterações necessárias nas aplicações para a compatibilidade com o SQL Server.
Orquestrar a execução de ferramentas de IA generativa, como Kiro para implementação de código.
Colaborar com a equipe em análises de pipeline e resolução de problemas relacionados a DevOps.
Participar da revisão e validação das alterações realizadas durante a migração.
Compreender e navegar pelo ecossistema existente, incluindo ambientes legados e a infraestrutura de DevOps.
Requisitos:
Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento .NET (todas as versões).
Capacidade de trabalhar com ferramentas de migração e orquestração usando IA, especialmente em ambientes de banco de dados.
Conhecimentos em práticas de DevOps e resolução de problemas de pipeline/plataforma.

An AI-powered SaaS platform for digital customer and employee onboarding, identity verification (KYC/AML), and secure document collection, serving clients across property, banking, insurance, and legal sectors. The platform is ISO27001-certified and GDPR/CCPA-compliant, and is actively expanding into new markets, which requires new integrations and growing backend capacity.
You’ll join as a backend engineer on the existing .NET backend, working closely with the current DevOps and frontend (Vue.js) team members.
Engagement
• Part-time, ~40 hours/month to start for nearly 2 months, may flex up to 50 hours in peak periods. After a couple of months — ~20 hours/month.
• Hours are irregular/demand-driven rather than fixed daily hours — requires flexibility and responsiveness.
• Availability overlapping with client’s business hours needed for 2–3 short syncs/week plus a weekly tech review.
• Initially scoped for a couple of months, with likely extension depending on client growth.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend functionality in .NET / C#.
• Work with PostgreSQL: schema design, query and performance optimization.
• Design and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations (incl. integrations with external systems as the product expands into new markets).
• Investigate and resolve production issues; support incident response.
• Improve performance and scalability for high-volume operations — including background/async processing for bulk data operations (e.g. large-scale record deletion, which currently causes timeouts).
• Participate in deployment (staging → production) and coordinate with DevOps on release processes.
• Review existing code/architecture and flag technical risks as the platform scales.
• Collaborate with frontend (Vue.js) and DevOps team members during releases and planning syncs.

Required experience and skills
• 5+ years of commercial experience with .NET / C#, solid backend delivery track record.
• Solid PostgreSQL and relational database experience.
